Valdobbiadene, Veneto

We are a family business and independent winegrowers, we have been cultivating our vines for five generations and manage the entire process, from the vine to the sale of the bottle.

Our roots, like those of our vines, are firmly anchored in this ancient land of steep slopes.

“Le Volpere” named after our winery refers to the foxes that populated the woods in the more inaccessible hilly areas.

We cultivate 11 hectares, spread over 15 different zones.

Although it complicates the management of the land, this aspect is very important for obtaining variety and complexity in the resulting sparkling wines.

Most of our vineyards are in Farra di Soligo, one of the steepest and most complex hilly areas of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene district.

We occupy a historic and environmentally protected area, recently awarded UNESCO World Heritage status.
