The Borgese family winery produces Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG, and other characteristic wines of the area.

The ancient method of harvesting grapes by hand in small baskets is still followed, to reach the cellar and be subjected to the first processing, and to be destemmed and crushed  in the best conditions of delicacy.

Quality that also does not forget the environment with integrated production methods, with the use of organic fertilizers, with the recovery of rainwater and with energy self-sufficiency through a photovoltaic system.

My grandparents taught me to love the land, the scent of wine and the bright colors of the vineyards. From them I learned to respect nature, its rhythms and its spaces, which is why my company has always been devoted to organic farming.
